We begin with a thoughtful conversation about your vision, preferences, and any special details you'd love to include. This helps us tailor your session to reflect your family’s story.

Planning & Styling
Once booked, we schedule your session around your baby’s due date and plan the look and feel—from wraps and textures to color palettes and props—ensuring everything is prepared with care.

Session Day
Your session is held in our peaceful, private studio, reserved just for you. We allow plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and capturing those quiet, authentic newborn moments without rush or pressure.

Image Reveal & Artwork Selection
After your session, you’ll view your gallery and select your favorite images. We’ll help you choose the perfect way to display them—whether in heirloom albums, matted prints, or framed wall art.

Milestone Baby Year (Optional)
Many families choose to continue the journey by documenting baby’s growth through curated milestone sessions during their first year—because every season of babyhood is worth remembering.

Our newborn sessions are baby-led and typically last 2 to 3 hours, allowing plenty of time for soothing, feeding, and capturing those beautiful, quiet moments without rush.

When you book, our studio is reserved exclusively for you, ensuring a calm, private experience. You'll be welcomed into our dedicated newborn room—designed for comfort, serenity, and timeless portrait creation.

A link to select your preferred date (we recommend within the first 10 days after birth)
A detailed Welcome Packet to begin the planning process, including styling preferences, color palettes, and prop coordination tailored just for your baby.
Session Fee $150 reserves your private newborn session and is applied to the artwork you select at your reveal appointment.
