Welcoming your little one is one of life’s most extraordinary moments, and we’re honored to help you preserve it forever. Our process is designed to be simple, relaxing, and filled with care—so you can focus on what matters most: your new baby.

 

Booking & Preliminary Date

We recommend reserving your newborn session before your baby arrives to ensure availability. You’ll select a preliminary date based on your due date, which can be easily adjusted once your little one makes their debut. The ideal time for newborn portraits is within the first 7–14 days after birth—when babies are still in that dreamy, curled-up stage you’ll want to remember forever.

 

Complimentary Styling Consultation

Before your session, we’ll meet via Zoom or an in-studio consultation to plan every detail together. From color palettes and wraps to wardrobe styling and sentimental touches, this conversation helps us design a session that feels deeply personal to your family’s story.

 

Your Session Day

Your newborn session takes place in the warm, private comfort of our boutique studio, designed with safety, serenity, and your baby’s well-being in mind. Sessions typically last 1 to 3 hours, allowing plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and capturing each precious expression. Every pose is handled with the utmost care—your baby’s comfort and safety always come first.

 

The Selection & Reveal Appointment

Approximately two weeks after your session, you’ll be invited to enjoy a personalized image reveal and selection appointment, either in person at the studio or via Zoom—whichever is most comfortable for you. Together, we’ll view your portraits and select your favorites for heirloom artwork, albums, and wall displays. This is where your baby’s story comes to life—captured beautifully, printed timelessly, and cherished forever.
